YTL Developments Wins Developer of the Year at South West Property Awards 2024

The award recognises developers who have made a significant impact on the South West region, focusing on projects that address local needs while creating positive social and economic value.  

The judges were looking for developers that “that go above and beyond the norm” and sought examples of those “who have focused on environmental and social impact.” 

YTL Developments was praised for its work delivering Brabazon, including the successful launch of Boxworks, the forthcoming YTL Arena Bristol and The Enterprise District - all of which "will have a seismic impact on the region”.
